Welcome to the first episode of Northeast Pennsylvania Settlement.

Linda L. Marchalk, holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration and a Paralegal Certificate from Penn State University.  Linda conducted hundreds of residential and commercial real estate closings over the past thirty-four years and is a Pennsylvania licensed Title Insurance Agent since 2005.
