GROUP VIOLENCE PATROLS LEAD TO GUN AND DRUG ARREST
Officer P. Bautista was backed up by numerous Hazleton Police Patrol Units upon discovery that Negron was in possession of a loaded .22 Caliber handgun, possession of approximately (29) grams of methamphetamine, more than (100) bags of heroin-fentanyl and a bag of powder cocaine.
Negron was taken into custody and transported to Hazleton Police Headquarters.
A record search of the firearm came back “not on file” with no owner and is further under investigation as to the legitimate owner.
David Negron was being processed at press time and charged with the following:
Possession with Intent to Deliver (Methamphetamine) – (Felony)
Possession with Intent to Deliver (Heroin-Feyntanl) – (Felony)
Firearms not to be Carried W/O a License (Felony)
Possession of Cocaine (Misdemeanor)
Possession of Drug Paraphernalia (Misdemeanor)
