Position: Sales Specialist
Qualifications:
– High School degree or equivalent or greater
– Good attention to detail
– Ability to interact with customers, managers and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner
Responsibilities:
– Set, track and follow-up on all leads
– Focus on efficient, timely follow up of leads to ensure the highest success rate in appointment setting and sales volume
– Determine the type of buying experience the customers wants and respond accordingly
– Develop professional relationships with customers to identify needs
– Fully explain the steps of the sales process to customers

Position: Internet Sales Specialist
Qualifications:
– High School degree or equivalent or greater
– Good attention to detail
– Ability to interact with customers, managers and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner

Computer Knowledge Required:
– Able to browse the internet
– Able to fill-in an online form
– Comprehensive understanding of how the internet works
– Comprehensive understanding of common internet and computer terms
– Experience using Adobe Photoshop or equivalent image manipulation program
– Experience in working with Office programs, including but not limited to, Word and Excel

Computer Networking
– Windows 2003 Server
– Mac XServe (for video production)

– modify / make / repair ethernet cabling
– work with VPNs / VoIP / Video over IP
– work with WiFi / long-distance WiFi antennas

Computer Tech
– hardware building / upgrading / repairing PCs and Macs
– Installing / update Windows OS
– Installing / update Mac OS X
– Installing / update Linux OS
– Installing / configuring software applications (Firefox, Thunderbird, OpenOffice, etc.)
– work with Google Earth Pro

General Electronics
– modify / build / repair camera equipment
– modify / build / repair audio / video wiring
– creating switches and other custom configurations for certain needs
– work with / repair wireless transmitters for internal communications
– work with lightning / replace bulbs in a tv studio
