Police Spoil Drug Deal

Police say he was dealing drugs in the parking lot outside of a local mall, but thanks to quick police work, the dealer is off the streets. This is 43-year-old Dewins De Jesus-Cruz, who SugarloafPolice caught dealing several hundred bucks worth of heroin Wednesday in a parking lot outside of the Laurel Mall. Police caught word of the drug dealer and the deal that was set to take place prior to Wednesday and were able to set up surveillance before the deal went down.
De Jesus-Cruz is now behind bars unable to come up with bail money.
