Michaels NOW OPEN!

It was an anticipated event, that many from the community have been
waiting for, especially those crafters out there! The grand opening of a
new store in West Hazleton had some looking for employment and others
looking to shop! Michaels officially opened Friday morning. The store
staff along with community leaders met up to cut the red ribbon and
welcome customers inside for its grand opening. Inside the store, you
can find everything from art supplies to bakeware. At Michaels, shoppers
can let their creativity run wild, but the new store isn’t just a dream
come true for customers, the new store has created 51 jobs to people in
the area. Many regular customers of the Wilkes-Barre store come from the
Greater Hazleton area. Michaels is located in the Valmont Plaza.
