Position: Sales Specialist
Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent or greater
- Good attention to detail
- Ability to interact with customers, managers and co-workers in a professional, courteous manner
Responsibilities:
- Set, track and follow-up on all leads
- Focus on efficient, timely follow up of leads to ensure the highest success rate in appointment setting and sales volume
- Determine the type of buying experience the customers wants and respond accordingly
- Develop professional relationships with customers to identify needs
- Fully explain the steps of the sales process to customers

Position: Internet Sales Specialist
Qualifications:
- High School degree or equivalent or greater
- Good attention to detail

- Experience in working with Office programs, including but not limited to, Word and Excel

  - creating switches and other custom configurations for certain needs
  - work with / repair wireless transmitters for internal communications
