Lady Cougars Win, Advance to Second Round

Hazleton PA News Hazleton Area hosted Scranton Thursday afternoon in the  opening round of the District II Softball Championships.  The Lady Knights proved to be no match for Hazleton as the Lady Cougars won, 10 – 0.  Hazleton will travel to Wallenpaupack on Tuesday to play the Buckhorns.    First pitch is scheduled for 4:30PM.
